During The Ring V: Night of the Samurai boxing night in Riyadh on December 27, cameras caught the WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk was in a great mood. The Ukrainian danced in his seat and humorously demonstrated various gestures to the operators.
Later, a short video was released where Usyk jokingly “scares” British promoter Eddie Hearn with an imaginary machine gun.
On Saturday, December 27, a large-scale Ring V boxing evening took place in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) at the Mohammed Abdo Arena. The main event of the show was a fight for the title of absolute world champion, in which the Japanese star Naoya Inoue and the Mexican contender Alan David Picasso met. The Japanese boxer managed to win a convincing victory – the fight went through all 12 rounds.
