Today, the head of Kyiv OVA, Ruslan Kravchenko, had a tough conversation with community representatives who ignore the requirement to carry out identification of landowners. Irpin did not go unnoticed – an excerpt of a dialogue with an official of the Irpin community was made public by the “Activists of Irpin” Telegram channel, reports UNN.

The Telegram channel notes that the mayor of Irpenya Markushyn sent Anastasia Cherkas – “a very corrupt head of the land resources department of the executive committee of the Irpina city council (with a salary higher than that of the head of KOVA)” to the meeting with the regional leadership.

“Activists of Irpen” also published a short transcript and dialogue that took place between Cherkas and Kravchenko in the presence of all communities of Kyiv region.

“The head of Kyiv OVA raised Anastasia Cherkas and asked:

– Why does Irpin ignore the issue of identification of landowners? After all, these are funds that could be used for reconstruction, support for the military, and rehabilitation of veterans.

Anastasia Cherkas (without thinking long) answers:

– Excuse us, excuse us, we are so busy here, so busy…

The head of Kyiv OVA Ruslan Kravchenko, who has a very good knowledge of what the officials from Markushin’s team are really busy with, cut it like this:

– “What are you doing there? Wasting community lands? Taxes will have to be paid. Most communities have identified 50-70% of the land owners. Those communities that have decided to ignore and do not provide information will have to explain to the prosecutor’s office why they are not fulfilling their direct duties and why the state is losing tens of millions of hryvnias”.

It should be noted that Ruslan Kravchenko became the first head of the Kyiv regional administration, who undertook to put things in order with land issues.

Identification of land owners in many communities is moving too slowly. At the same time, the budgets of communities and the state budget do not receive significant amounts of taxes.
