Today, snow and rain are expected in the south and in most of the central and eastern regions, and in the southwest. Other regions: no precipitation. There is ice on the roads in places, except in the southern regions.
The wind is westerly with transition to easterly, 5–10 m/s. Gusts up to 15–20 m/s are possible at night in Crimea and Azov.
During the day, the temperature will range from −6° to −1° (depending on the region), +4…+9° in the south and southeast.
In Kyiv during the day it is −3…−5°, without precipitation, there is ice on the roads in places.
Today’s weather calls for caution on roads due to icy roads, and wind gusts in southern regions should also be taken into account.
