In his speech, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey recalled that in 2022, thanks to the grain agreement concluded through the mediation of Turkey, more than 33 million tons of grain entered circulation.
“We are continuing negotiations between Russia and Ukraine regarding shipping in the Black Sea,” Hakan Fidan said.
