We bow our heads. A boxer from Kyiv region was killed by leaving orphans of two children

Every day at 9 am, Ukrainians honored the memory of people whose lives took away the Russian-Ukrainian war. Today, Sport.ua recalls the boxer Alexander Shynkarenko, who defended Ukraine before the start of a full-scale invasion, and died two years ago, on September 14, 2023, staying 38 years old.

Trace in sports Oleksandr Shynkarenko was born on June 13, 1985 in Kalinovka, Brovarsky district in Kyiv region. Sport in the life of Alexander occupied a special place, produced in it endurance, purposefulness and life inspiration. Shynkarenko professional was engaged in boxing, in which he won numerous awards of regional and all -Ukrainian tournaments.

Combat experience and death Finally, Alexander decided to devote himself to the army and stood in defense of Ukraine shortly after the start of Russian aggression in 2014. And from 24.02.2022 Shinkarenko has already participated in battles near Brovary, consisting of 72 brigades as a volunteer. Subsequently, Alexander mobilized to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In the troops of Shynkarenko (call sign Kalina) he had the title of sergeant, was an arrow-sanitary of the 2nd assault department of the 2nd assault platoon of the Miron battalion.

Oleksandr Shynkarenko died on September 14, 2023 during a combat assault in the village of Andreevka, Bakhmut district in Donetsk region.

The warrior has a wife, son Maxim and daughter Pauline.

From the combat awards, Alexander remained a badge “Cross of the Brave”.
