Wax did not dismiss Chernyshov from the post of Viceremier

The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court did not remove the Viceremier-Minister-Minister of National Unity Alexei Chernyshov from his post for 2 months, as the detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau were asked.

Details: The relevant decision to satisfy the application of the NABU detective on Wednesday was read by Judge Wax. The decision may be appealed on an appeal within 5 days from the date of its announcement. The full text of the resolution will be announced on July 4.

According to the CPC, during the consideration of the request, the defense provided a letter on the personal signature of Prime Minister Denis Shmigal on the negative consequences of Chernyshov’s removal for the government.
