“We saw President Zelensky’s peace plan. We believe he lays out a strategy and plan that can work. And we need to understand how we can contribute to this by contacting all the heads of state who will be present here in New York. Therefore, we hope to make some progress,” the diplomat said.

Earlier, in August, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke for the first time about the victory plan. The Ukrainian leader planned to present it to his American colleague Joe Biden, as well as to US presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump at the end of September.
On September 16, the head of the Ukrainian state emphasized that “the victory plan is already 90% ready.” According to him, the plan will be presented to the allies next week.
Zelenskyi also noted that “the plan consists of five points – four main points and one that must be implemented after the end of the war.”
