From Odessa Black Sea the transfer ban was lifted. The relevant restriction has been removed from the FIFA Registration Bans database.
The Odesa club paid off the debts due to which sanctions were imposed.
Most likely, repayment of debts was one of the requirements Roman Hryhorchukwho is expected to soon become the head coach of the Odesa club.
It is expected that Chornomorets will carry out qualitative strengthening of the composition in the winter off-season.
As of January 2, 2026, the transfer ban applies to 8 Ukrainian clubs: Karpaty Lviv, Vorskla Poltava, Metalist Kharkiv, as well as currently inactive ones: Dnipro, Dnipro-1, Arsenal Kyiv, Volyn Lutsk, Olimpik Donetsk.
