The Supreme Anti -Corruption Court approved two agreements in the case of seizure of the funds of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”, where the suspects are the People’s Deputy Viktor Bondar and the SBU Exprats Artem Shilo. The first agreement was concluded with the representative of the private firm “Uzelro” Denis Khomyakov, and the second – with the director of the firm “Uzelro” Natalia Koltasheva.

Khomyakov was appointed 7 years conditionally with 3 years of the examination period and compensation of UAH 1 million of losses. He will also cooperate with the investigation.
Natalia Koltashev was extradited from Bulgaria early in the year and she was in custody for 156 days. Koltasheva was also appointed for 7 years conditionally with 2 years 10 months of the examination period, it will compensate for 1 million UAH of losses, and special confiscation of UAH 54.6 million, which were in the account “Uzelro”.
The rest of the persons are now familiar with the investigation materials, and the investigation into them is completed.
