More than UAH 50 million was allocated for the budget program for the support of DFTG and construction works for repair of roads and other objects. In order to avoid open bidding and prevent third -party companies in their participation, they specially divided the subject of purchase into parts and subsequently concluded direct contracts with friendly entities. That is, purchases were carried out without the use of an electronic system. The actions of the mom were qualified under Part 2 of Article 28, Part 5 of Article 191 (appropriation, waste of property or seizure by abuse of office, committed in the organized group) of the Criminal Code), and the director of the company – under Part 2 of Article 28, Part 5 of Article 191 and Part 2 of Art. 366 (service forgery) of the Criminal Code. The issue of choosing a suspect is resolved.
