Volodymyr KLYCHKO: “This is not a dream, but confidence”

Former heavyweight world champion Volodymyr Klitschko spoke about the famous Ukrainian aircraft An-225 “Mriya”, which was destroyed by vandals from Russia at the beginning of the full-scale war.

“I saw the An-225 Mriya in November 2021, three months before it was destroyed in Gostomel. 640 tons of pure aviation genius. Built to work in the harshest conditions. It was our ambassador with wings.

“Mriya” means “dream” in Ukrainian. To rebuild it is not a dream, but a confidence. Because the Ukrainian spirit, like the An-225, is reliable, strong, unbreakable,” Klitschko said.
