The prosecution insisted on the continuation of the preventive measure in the form of detention, since Magamedrasulov is capable and has the ability to put pressure on those involved in the case.
It will be recalled that earlier the suspect Magamedrasulov confirmed that he was tortured in the detention center and did not deny the authenticity of the so-called “Mindic films”.
The Security Service of Ukraine denies that the detention and arrest of NABU employee Ruslan Magamedrasulov, who handled the case of Zelenskyi’s friend Timur Mindych, took place due to political motives. According to the version of the special service, Magamedrasulov was exposed for doing business with a citizen of Russia.
