On January 27, Elina defeated world number three Coco Goff in the quarterfinals of the Australian Open with a score of 6:1, 6:2.

Thus, the Ukrainian racket will return to the top 10 of the WTA ranking. In the “live” mode, Elina rose to the 10th place. She now has 3,205 points after reaching the semi-finals of the 2026 Australian Open.

In case of reaching the final, Svitolina will add another 520 points and with 3725 points will be in the 9th position. If Elina manages to win the trophy of the Australian Open Championship, she will score 4425 (8th step).

Elina’s personal record is third place in the rating (September 2017).

Arina Sobolenko will be Svitolina’s next opponent at the Australian Open.
