Venislavsky: Ukraine does not convey subsoil – the audit of permits that the oligarchs received

Ratified agreement with the United States on subsoil today does not provide for their transfer to property – Ukraine remains a full owner and user of its resources. This was stated by the People’s Deputy from the “servant of the people” Fedor Venislavsky in the Ether Radio Liberty.

“Ukraine does not share the subsoil – it shares only profits, rent payments … Ukraine does not give no subsoil, it remains a sovereign owner and user of the subsoil. Only rent payments will fill this fund and will reinvest in our industry, ”he stressed.

According to Venislavsky, the agreement also provides for strengthening control over the use of natural resources. In the future, all special permits issued in previous years should be audited.

According to the People’s Deputy, “sleeping” permits for subsoil use were widespread when “oligarchs have received these special permits for the last 10-15 years” but did not use them.
