Ukrainian super heavyweight Oleksandr Usyk lost the status of absolute world champion in super heavyweight.
The World Boxing Organization (WBO) reported that it received an official letter from Oleksandr Usyk’s team. After a thorough analysis of the situation, the boxer decided to voluntarily leave his title.
Oleksandr succinctly reacted to this decision, succinctly turning to the WBO: “Good morning everyone. Thanks to the WBO for being with me,” Usyk said.
Previously, the WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight title holder (over 90.7 kg) Oleksandr Usyk (24–0, 15 KOs) talked about his plans and admitted when he intends to end his professional career.
