Ukrainian heavyweight boxer Oleksandr Usyk made it clear that he does not plan to connect his future with politics. The world champion emphasized that he has no intention of repeating the path of Vitaliy Klitschko, who is currently the mayor of Kyiv.
– Will you run for president?
– No. I am not interested in all politics. But I will work for my country. Always.
– You always do that.
â Yes, I will always do it, but not as a politician. Only as an athlete, as a person, Usyk said.
Earlier, WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk said that he was always ready for fights with Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury. The boxer has been preparing for these fights for 10-11 years.
