Negotiations for a possible fight between Oleksandr Usyk and Deontay Wilder have not yet been successful.
According to Ringside24, no contract or final agreement exists for the July 11 bout in San Francisco.
Although there were indeed previous contacts between the parties, the matter did not progress beyond discussions. Thus, information about the Usyk-Wilder fight currently remains only at the level of rumors.
Previously, the WBC, WBO, WBA and IBF heavyweight title holder (over 90.7 kg) Oleksandr Usyk (24–0, 15 KOs) talked about his plans and admitted when he intends to end his professional career.
