The upcoming championship fight between Oleksandr Usyk and Deontay Wilder nearing official confirmation.
According to World Boxing News, the parties have already started active negotiations, and the fight has become a top priority for the teams of both boxers.
The organizers are considering two possible periods: February-March within the Riyadh Season (Saudi Arabia or Great Britain) or April in the USA.
Wilder returned to winning ways in June, knocking out Tyrrell Herndon. Usyk collected all the main super heavyweight titles for the second time in the summer, defeating Daniel DuBois. The Ukrainian recently gave up the WBO belt, clearing the way for a new megafight.
