“Ukrainian boxer spends too little time with family”, – WRITE: Sport.ua
The main event will be the fight for the title of absolute world champion in the heavyweight weight – the Ukrainian will meet the Ukrainian Alexander Usik (23-0, 14 KO) and British Daniel Duba (22-2, 21 KOs). On the eve of this confrontation, the Ukrainian boxer confessed that he thinks about completing his career:
“I now have two sons. 12 and 10 years. They need me like my daughters. I want to devote more time to my family, wife, children. I want to stay with them constantly, not from time to time.
My workouts take six months, the rest six I spend at home. Sometimes there is even less. There are four and a half. It is not enough for the family. At the moment, I have no thought about Duba. My condition, my family, my workouts are important to me. When I go out to the ring – only then think about Daniel, ”Usik summed up.
