The US Supreme Court overturned the federal court’s decision. However, three of his judges opposed this decision.

In addition, representatives of school districts and trade unions who were ordered against the actions of the Trump administration stated that it threatens to violate the Ministry’s ability to perform their basic responsibilities

Democracy Forward, a legal group representing the interests of school districts and trade unions, stated that the Supreme Court’s decision “struck the promise of this country for public education for all children.”

Recall: In March, Trump tried to fulfill the election promise, calling for the closing of the Ministry of Education.
