According to the AMCU’s decision, Ukrpaletsystem will receive a permit for rent 46 gas stations, which belong to the following societies: “Albiland”, “Angel Kepital”, “Jasma-Trade”, “Image Evolution”, “Korso Town”, “Leader” “Business Plus” and “Vertix-Mall”.
The final beneficiary of these companies, in addition to Vertix-Mall, is Yuri Kiperman.
In July, the AMCU had already granted 34 and 47 gas stations. Thus, in total, Ukrpaletsystem can rent 126 gas stations from the Privat group.
According to the EP, at least 400 gas stations of the Privat group will pass under control of UPG.
