Since November 24, the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine is implementing updated rules for the use of the “eCherga” system for cargo vehicles.

Innovations include:

Limited queue extension: one truck can only extend the queue once within 60 days. The duration of the extension remains to be chosen: 4, 6, 8 or 10 hours.

Liability for violation: in case of systematic violations (twice canceled queue or twice failure to arrive at the checkpoint within 30 days), the creation of a new queue will be blocked for 14 days.
“The purpose of the updates is to ensure the predicted time of crossing the border, to reduce artificial delays caused by registrations “just in case”, to carry out transportation without the need,” the Ministry of Development explained.
In this way, the Ministry of Development seeks to solve problems that lead to an artificial increase in the queue, the impossibility of predicting traffic, delays and sharp acceleration of the queue (especially on weekends), deterioration of conditions for bona fide carriers.
We will remind “Ukrtransbezpeka” simplified application creation system for carriers in the module “ 18-60 ” (“The Way”). Now it is necessary to do this only for those who are engaged in international transportation of passengers by private cars or taxis.
