Ukrainian border guards began mastering the 155-mm wheeled self-propelled artillery installation DITA, handed over to the Defense Forces by the Czech Republic. This was reported in the press service of the DPSU, publishing a training video.
As reported, the loading and guidance of the Czech self-propelled guns are carried out automatically, which allows its use by a crew consisting of only two people.
In addition, it has an unprecedented rate of fire, since the operator sets only the necessary coordinates, and the computer calculates the rest of the firing parameters.
“This is a powerful support for units of the DPSU, which as part of the Defense Forces of our country are fighting on the front line, restraining the advance of the enemy. Soon, the mastered self-propelled howitzer will destroy the enemy on the front line,” the border guards note.
