Details: Answering the question of how the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff feel about the idea of disbanding the TCC or transferring functions to the online mode, Umyerov said that, when implementing changes, the ministry is guided by the principle of “do no harm”.
Direct speech: “We took the principle: not to harm the existing system. We hear, we know. This is a challenge, a huge pain. For our part, we worked out a concept to turn it into an office for the service of military personnel, there were several other concepts. That is, we do not stop at looking for a solution. We take a deliberate approach and work it out legally.”
Details: For his part, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Anatolii Barhylevych, noted that TCCs also “perform the function of social support”, in particular, families of military personnel, discharged, etc.
“Truly, this is not a permanent, irreversible organism that will be a constant. Life will show. Changes will be made, and the question will arise by itself: either the TCC will be reshaped into another body, or as it is, or changed,” he added.
Prehistory:
