The current secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Rustem Umyerov, said that no one “influenced” him as the Minister of Defense. Umerov admitted that he met with Timur Mindich regarding contract for bulletproof vests, but the contract was terminated due to non-conformity of the goods.
