The General Director of Ukrposhta suggested that we think about creating a postage stamp with President Volodymyr Zelenskyi’s quote, “The Budapest Memorandum is bullshit.”
Ihor Smilyanskyi, the general director of Ukrposhta, announced this on Facebook.
