Starting today, November 25, Ukrposhta extends the payment of state aid “Winter support” to all villages of Ukraine. It will be possible to receive help at stationary branches of “Ukrposhta” and at more than 1,850 mobile branches.
Director General of “Ukrposhta” Ihor Smilyanskyi said that in general “Winter support” is available at more than 26,000 points of presence, in particular, “where, apart from us and the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service, there is no one: Orihiv, Bilopylla and other settlements.”
Smilyanskyi added that additional lists of recipients are still expected in the frontline territories. The possibility of receiving assistance will be announced as funding and lists are received.
As a reminder, more than 150,000 Ukrainians have already submitted applications for the payment of UAH 6,500 “Winter Support”.
The Cabinet of Ministers also extended “Natskeshbek” and “Winter support” until the middle of 2026.
