In September, Alexei Khavryuchenko said through Facebook that he used the service of recommended letters from Ukrposhta from the last three months Delivery notification. Khavryuchenko considers it a violation of the service agreement for which he paid, and prepares a lawsuit on bringing the company to account for false information and non -compliance with consumer rights.
“Official data on the date of delivery of the letter and the data of the recipient can be obtained through the online form by selecting the appropriate category of request. There you can also apply for reimbursement of funds for the SMS service that was not provided, ”the representative of Ukrposhta said.
Khavryuchenko stressed that the company has a monopoly status in the field of official document circulation with state bodies, so its failure to fulfill obligations restricts the constitutional rights of citizens. In his opinion, it is no longer a matter of compensation for the cost of the service.
According to the informant, UkrPoshta launched an express service through a separate window. Here, customers can send or receive up to five parcels, get post -payment or letters. Other services, such as pensions, utilities, sending letters available in standard windows. The pilot project began on September 8 in more than 1500 city offices, where two or more operating windows operate.
