Ukrnafta plans to build a modern steam -gas CHP. This is stated on the company’s website. According to Ukrnafta director Sergey Koretsky, he and the representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development discussed in detail the status of projects that the company already operates, and outlined clear steps to plan additional funding for the construction of a new modern generation. In particular, it is about the construction of state -of -the -art heat and gas CHP, which will be able to provide electricity and heat to the population, as well as to generate a couple for technological processes of industrial enterprises. The company reminded that at the end of 2024 Ukrnafta received from the EBRD 80 million euros for the construction of a modern distributed gas generation. The Bank is currently carrying out transparent procedures to attract equipment suppliers. Recall: PJSC “Ukrnafta” is working on the implementation of projects on energy generation from its own gas with a total capacity of up to 370 MW.
