On December 31, PJSC “Ukrhydroenergo” concluded an agreement with the insurance company “Colonneyd Ukraine” on liability insurance for the management team.

The cost of the policy is UAH 2.38 million, and the annual limit of insurance coverage is set at UAH 126.03 million. The insurance tariff under the contract is equal to 1.89% of the total sum insured.
According to the terms of the document, the expenses of insured persons for legal protection are reimbursed within the established limit.
In addition, the company compensates for costs related to preventive measures, bail, investigations, restrictions on rights to assets or freedom, as well as extradition procedures – within 10% of the insured amount, but no more than UAH 500,000 for each individual case.
There are separate limits for covering other expenses: up to UAH 50,000 for reputational, psychological or punitive damages and up to UAH 10,000 for replacing a car.
The insurance company compensates emergency expenses in each individual situation at the level of 10% of the total insured amount.
The policy applies to the entire world, except for the territories of the USA, Canada, Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions, as well as other regions not controlled by Ukraine.
We will remind, the debt of “Ukrenergo” to “Ukrhydroenergo” increased to ₴10 billion.
Ukrhydroenergo also ordered an assessment of war damages for almost 8.3 million hryvnias.
