Energy say they will turn off the light tomorrow for industry and business in the following hours:
- 06:00 – 09:00;
- 16:00 – 19:00.
Currently, the shutdown of household consumers is not projected, specified in the press service.
Ukrenergo also reminded that the reason for the temporary introduction of restrictions is damage to energy objects due to Russian rocket-a-okola attacks. Energy say they are working to “return the equipment damaged by the enemy as soon as possible.”
Earlier this month, through Russian shelling in parts of Ukraine, Ukrenergo used emergency shutdowns of light.
According to the Ministry of Energy, since October 2022, Russia has inflicted more than a thousand strokes on the objects of Ukrainian energy infrastructure, only in 2024, 9 GW of generating capacity was lost due to strikes.
