Ukrainians have taken loans for the purchase of housing for 11 billion from the beginning of 2024

Ukraintsi received preferential mortgage loans under the “eOselya” program for the total amount of UAH 11 billion from the beginning of 2024.

About this informs press service of the Ministry of Economy.

“This year, Ukrainians have already received preferential loans for the purchase of housing in the amount of UAH 11 billion. Almost 6.5 thousand families have improved their living conditions. This is more than for the whole of last year. During the entire duration of the program, 12,817 Ukrainian families have already received loans in the amount of more than UAH 20.5 billion,” said Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Andriy Telyupa.

In total, over the past week, Ukrainians issued 151 loans for UAH 264 million, including 101 loans for the purchase of housing on the secondary market, and 50 for the first sale.

Loans at 3% were received by:

  • 75 military personnel and security forces;
  • 15 teachers;
  • 9 doctors;
  • 7 scientists.

Loans at 7% were received by:

  • 31 Ukrainians without their own home;
  • 7 IDPs;
  • 7 veterans.

From the beginning of 2024, 6,341 Ukrainian families will benefit from the program of affordable loans “eOselya” received preferential mortgage loans for the total amount of UAH 10.8 billion.
