Since 2026, Ukrainians will receive money on a virtual card in “Action” for a medical examination.

Users over 40 years old will receive Push notification with a proposal to pass check, stated Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko.

“Cardiovascular diseases are led by ratings in all countries as causes of mortality, including premature mortality. We have repeatedly said that a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation will affect that we have strokes, heart attacks will be younger.

And we already see this picture, and therefore do certain things that should detect the disease early. It is over these complexes that the Ministry of Health works and has positive results “, Said Lyashko.

Users will be able to choose a clinic, get advice and undergo a number of laboratory and instrumental research. If doctors find health problems, the patient will receive an electronic prescription for free medication.

The program starts on January 1, 2026. It has UAH 10 billion in the state budget.

“For 2026, we, as a state, went to the next step to create the conditions for prevention. We launch a nationwide campaign of preventive medical examinations aimed at identifying cardiovascular disease, diabetes and mental disorders.

Upon reaching 40 years in a month will come push messages in “Action” that you can use the National Check Program “– said Lyashko.
