Silpo informs that equipment in chain stores may fail due to low temperature and partial blackouts. Then the shop is closed for a while. To find out if a particular supermarket is open, they suggest using social networks or calling a hotline.
At the same time, the ATB network reported that all the company’s stores in the capital region are working normally, and any information about their closure is fake and manipulative. The company says that all the network’s stores are equipped with generators, and “individual cases” of malfunctions are quickly eliminated.
This post caused indignation among some netizens, who wrote that the company’s stated position was in some places untrue, and that the network misleads people with such statements.

Retailers confirm that their equipment can fail due to heavy loads and prolonged frosts, so stores are closed for a while to fix the problems.
Sobolev noted that Ukraine is currently negotiating with international partners to increase the supply of generators and their spare parts.
