The National Police Department for Foreigners has banned the detained and stay in the country. At night, the man was deported, arguing that his activity allegedly “poses a serious threat to Hungary’s sovereignty.”
The Hungarian government claims that the person involved in the diplomatic cover previously worked. Budapest has now stopped his official status.
The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine George Tikhay on the social network X reacted to the incident.
