“Ukrainian Atamans” from the 2nd place came to the playoffs, where they got to the Russians who were considered favorites. Despite the fairly equal fights, Valentine Sobolevsky wards won only 2 wins in 8 matches. Moreover, our team points were brought by the legionnaires: Uzbekistan Dusmatov and Kyrgyzstan Asenaliyev.
So, the “Atamans” completed the performances at the quarter -final stage. From the debut season 2012/2013 remained Pavel Ishchenko, Denis Berinchyk, Vyacheslav Kyslitsyn, Ivan Golub, Dmitry Mitrofanov, Alexander Stretsky, Yevgeny Barabanov, Denis Aventsyk, Rostislav Arkhipenko and Victor Vikhist, who we were told in the first part.

Remember the team newcomers in the 2013/2014 season
Vadim Kudryakov
After the annexation of Crimea, a native of Kerch returned to his hometown, where he soon received Russian citizenship. From there, it regularly performs in the internal competitions of the Russian Federation. As of 2024, he completed his professional career and moved to Simferopol. Sometimes she performs workshops for local young men.
Hasanboy Dusmatov
The Uzbek boxer spent two seasons in Otamani, after which he won the Asia Championship and the 2016 Gold Medal in the lightest weight-up to 49 kg. Later, another victory for Asia and the transition to professionals, where Dusmatov won all 5 matches. However, Hasanboy decided to return to the amateurs, after which he became the world champion in 2023 and again won the “gold” of the lightest category (up to 51 kg).

Another Uzbek boxer left in amateurs. He won the Asian championship (2017), is the silver medalist of the 2017 World Cup. He spent one season in the Atamans.
Denis Shkarubo
After two seasons in the “Atamans” continued performances in the inner arena. In 2015 he won a bronze medal of the Cup of Ukraine in the category up to 52 kg. The last few years have been involved in the Belotserkovsky Sports Organization.
Azat Asenaliyev
One of the best boxers in the history of Kyrgyzstan. Twice bronze medalist of the Asian championship (2018, 2021). In 2023 he completed his career and started working as a trainer at home.
Aram Avagyan
Oleg Prudky
After spending the season in the “Ataman”, a year later, he won the Bronze Medal of the Championship of Ukraine and later completed his career. He then served in the Patrol Police Department of Cherkasy Oblast, and since December 2021-the captain of the Unit of the Corps of the National Police of Ukraine. On May 22, 2022 he was killed in battles against the Russian invaders.
Evaldas Petrauskas
Lithuanian also spent a year in the Atamans, after which he flew to the 2016 Olympics, where in the 1st battle he gave way to the Kumar Manager from India. He tried himself in professional boxing, but spent only 2 matches: one in 2018 and 2019 (both won). Now he works as a boxing trainer at home.
Taras Golovashchenko
Denis Lazarev
From 2015 to 2019 he performed at the prof-ring. In 11 matches he won 9 victories. One battle ended in a draw, and in the latter confrontation was defeated by the South African Faradai Mupandala. After that he disappeared from the radars. Interestingly, according to the document of the International Boxing Association (AIBA), Lazarev is removed from sports for the use of forbidden substance in the period from 2015 to 2019
Alexander Khizhnyak
Boxing Federation of Ukraine. Alexander Khizhnyak After two seasons, the “Ataman” made a successful amateur career. Bronze medalist of European Games 2015, European Champion and World (both titles-in 2017), silver medalist of the 2020 Olympics, winner of the Olympic Games 2024 in the category up to 80 kg.
This year, Khizhnyak I will return to training, but has not yet made the final decision on a further career and a potential transition to Prof:
“We have now focused on preparing for the further Olympic Games. We work planned, but I am sure that all the victories in any ring, in any direction are surprisingly important for our country, for our military and all of us, ”Alexander said in an interview with Public.
Sergey Korneev
Belarus spent a year in Otamani, winning 3 victories in 4 duels. By 2018, he balanced the fans and professionals, then completed his career. Now – boxing coach in Minsk and teacher of the department of fencing, boxing and weightlifting at the Belarusian State University of Physical Culture.
Yegor Poveko
After two seasons, he moved to Profa-Ring, where he has 7 wins in 7 matches. The last battle was carried out on December 6, 2021 in Kiev. He currently lives in the US and works as a boxing trainer in New York.
