Electricity blackout schedules are in effect in Ukraine today, the import of electricity is planned from 5 neighboring countries, the Ministry of Energy reported on Wednesday, writes UNN.

“Today, the operator of the transmission system is temporarily applying hourly outage schedules,” the message reads.

Ukrainians were urged to “use electricity rationally and sparingly.” This “helps reduce the load on the energy system,” the Ministry of Energy emphasized.

At the same time, it is indicated that last day the power industry restored power to 22,273 consumers who were cut off as a result of hostilities.

The situation at the ZANP

“The water level in the cooling pond is 14.13 m. This is enough to meet the station’s needs,” the Ministry of Energy reported.

Imports

For the current day, imports from Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary and Moldova with a total volume of 8600 MWh and a capacity of 888 MW are forecast.
