President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky entered into force the decision of the National Security and Defense Council on new sanctions against companies and individuals who support Russian aggression.

Restrictions will affect dozens of individuals and legal entities, in particular with r axes, China, Iran and the United Arab Emirates. Some of them are related to the supply of military technology for r axes bypassing international restrictions.
The full list of persons and companies will be published separately, but the President’s office has already confirmed: it is a matter of combating the “shadow fleet” and schemes of supply of dual -use goods to the Russian MIC.
“In the 18th package of EU sanctions, we identified 8 individuals and 45 legal entities for synchronization – in particular the company from the Russian Federation, China, UAE, Iran and others,” – said Vladislav’s Sanction Commissioner Vlasyuk to journalists.
About 40% of the persons involved in new European sanctions have been under the restrictions of Ukraine. This testifies to the effective coordination of Kyiv’s actions with international partners.
Ukraine also expects that the next, 19th package of European Union sanctions against Russian Federation will be directed against the “shadow fleet captains”, military-industrial complex (MIC) and non-confectory financial transactions.
