Ukraine entered the TOP-5 of the world ranking for the development of digital government services

This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov.

Back in 2018, Ukraine was in the 102nd place in this rating, and in six years the country crossed 97 positions and took the 5th place.

Korea, Denmark, Estonia and Saudi Arabia are ahead of Ukraine.

As of today, the Diya portal is used by almost 21 million citizens, noted Fedorov.

“We were the first to equate electronic documents with paper documents and the fourth in Europe to launch digital driver’s licenses. FOP registration in Ukraine is the fastest in the world, only 4 seconds. In addition to the 5th place in terms of the level of development of digital services, we are in the first place in terms of citizens’ involvement in government processes online,” the minister said.

In addition, other countries of the world want to integrate the Ukrainian Diya, and Fedorov set the team the task of taking the first place in the ranking for the development of digital public services in 2026.

Recently, the Ministry of Digitization updated the Diya.Business portal. In the new version of the Diya.Business portal, the personal account and chatbot have been improved.

Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov reported that since the launch of the “Marriage online” function in the Ukrainian “Diya” application, more than 200 couples have already gotten married.

Diya launched four new military bonds, named after the temporarily occupied cities – Lazurne, Dzharylgach, Hurzuf and Sudak.
