On June 2, the delegations of Ukraine and the Russian Federation agreed in Istanbul on new exchanges of prisoners. According to the head of the delegation of Ukraine in the negotiations of Rustem Umerov, there is an agreement to focus on specific categories, not on figures: about the exchange of “all” of all difficult and seriously ill -made prisoners of war, the second category is young soldiers who are 18 to 25 years old. There was also an agreement on the return of 6,000 bodies of dead soldiers.
