However, the latest operations of Ukraine and Israel, during which drones were launched from the depths of the enemy territory, demonstrated a new level of their devastating power. According to The New York Times, the effect of a surprise associated with the need to reflect the attacks of drones from the inside, combines a classic military strategy and modern technologies.
“Spy apparatus and secret operations have long become part of the fighting, but, as experts point out, their use to deploy drones on the front line is a new tactic in the art of the war,” the newspaper writes.
