After yesterday’s victory over Estonia, the Ukrainian team beat Poland with a score of 3:0.
Until the middle of the second period, the game was relatively even with almost no moments or shots, but in the second 20 minutes, Ukraine scored three pucks and guaranteed itself a decisive advantage.
Within five minutes, the Ukrainians scored most of the goals, and then finished off the opponent with two more pucks. Oleksiy Yevtekhov scored the goal and the assist.
Let’s note goalkeeper Oleksandr Levshin, who missed only once in two meetings.
Next, on January 14, Ukraine will play against Italy. This could be a key match in the fight for promotion.
