A man with II-III degree frostbite and a woman with hypothermia complicated by pneumonia were hospitalized in the Berezniv community.
In the Ostroh community, a 91-year-old man with frostbite was admitted to the intensive care unit, and in the village of Lyubikovichi, Sarnensky district, a man was taken to the intensive care unit of the Dubrovytskyi hospital in a serious condition.
The State Emergency Service emphasizes that the main causes of injuries are prolonged exposure to the cold without proper clothing and ignoring the first signs of hypothermia and frostbite.
