In particular, we are talking about pensioners, persons with disabilities of the I and II groups, as well as recipients of social assistance, in particular in the front-line territories, who receive it through the branch of “Ukrposhta”.
The list of citizens who will receive assistance through “Ukrposhta” will be formed by the Ministry of Social Policy. Those who will be included in such a list will not need to apply for assistance under the “Winter is Support” program through the “Action” application.
It is expected that the first payments according to the lists approved by the Ministry of Social Policy will be made together with pensions and social assistance in early December. Payments will be made through the postman, stationary and mobile branches of “Ukrposhta”.
The company noted that recipients of state aid can spend it on paying for utilities, mobile phone services, purchasing food products, household chemicals, medicines and other Ukrainian-made goods directly at Ukrposhta branches, as well as on subscriptions to newspapers and magazines. or purchase of postal products.
