trichka was created on the basis of the incredible rescue of Ruslan Finchuk, who is currently defending the country.
On February 24, at 6:30 p.m., TV channel 2+2 will premiere the four-episode war drama “Zhyviy”, which was inspired by the real story of Ruslan Finchuk, the commander of the special unit of the GUR “Artan” with the call sign “Khohol”.
In the fall of 2023, during a combat mission, he found himself behind enemy lines, trying to save his comrades. Contact with him was lost, and for a long time he was considered dead. However, the scout survived. Wounded, without food or water, he spent three days walking through a minefield, under the constant threat of enemy drones and snipers, to reach his own.
This path became a test not only of physical endurance, but also of strength of spirit. He managed to survive thanks to internal discipline, responsibility to his brothers and love for his wife, whose presence he felt next to him even in the darkest moments.
The story of the incredible rescue of a Ukrainian special officer gained wide publicity in Ukraine and beyond and became the basis of the TV series “Alive” – a story about indomitability, the price of heroism and the lust for life.

Theater and film actor Andrii Isaenko played the main role in the series. Oleksandr Zarubei, Andriy Fedinchyk, Yevhen Lamakh, Dmytro Rybalevskyi, Eleonora Kravchenko, Renat Settarov and others also starred in the film.
Military consultants were involved in the work on the series – fighters who, together with Ruslan Finchuk, performed the same combat mission. The tape uses their real callsigns, which adds authenticity and documentary accuracy to the story.
The series was shot by TET Productions on the order of the 2+2 channel. The tape was created with the support of the State Agency of Ukraine for Film Affairs.
