Turan can leave Shakhtar. They want to see him in another club

The head coach of Shakhtar Arda Turan became the object of interest from one of the top clubs of the Spanish La Liga – Madrid “Atletico”.

According to the information of Goal Gossip, the coach of this team, Diego Simeone, is personally interested in Turan’s invitation to the “Matrasniki” camp, who would like to see Arda as one of his assistants.

It is said that Simeone wants Turan to join his staff before the start of next season.

The 55-year-old Argentinian specialist has great respect for his 38-year-old colleague, who previously worked under him for Atlético. Simeone believes that Arda’s passion and his understanding of the inner workings of the ‘mattress’ condition can inspire the next generation of players.

Turan himself is very appreciative of Simeone’s gesture, but remains fully focused on his current project at Shakhtar.

It will be recalled that “Shakhtar” under the leadership of Turan suffered three defeats in the last five matches, and the day before, they were eliminated from the Cup of Ukraine, where they lost to “Dynamo” in the round of 16 (1:2).
