Since the beginning of February, Ukrainians have witnessed significant changes in the foreign policy of the current US Presidential Administration, in particular in relation to the Russian-Ukrainian war. Numerous statements by President Donald Trump, quotations of his team representatives indicate that Russia ceases to be a political opponent and an unconditional aggressor in the Russian-Ukrainian war for the new presidential administration. And it is unlikely that the current white house head, as his predecessor, will name Vladimir Putin as a murderer.
Such changes are evidenced by the Trump administration departs the US position from the rules based on its own sympathy and national business interests, and as the American society and American political circles of NV speaks with Kateryna Sugaruk, an expert of the Carnegie School.
