According to him, the Trump administration’s attempts at diplomacy looked even worse. Trump has repeatedly stated, without evidence, that Putin wants peace in Ukraine. Instead, according to reports, American intelligence has a radically different opinion on this matter.
As you know, the European Council agreed to provide A loan to Ukraine in the amount of EUR 90 billion for 2026-2027 based on EU borrowings on capital markets secured by EU budget reserves. The leaders were not able to reach an agreement on the “reparation loan” with the use of Russian missiles.
At the same time, against the background of the loan, the European Union reminded Ukraine of the importance further fight against corruption.
