He said that the institution will be used to “keep the most dangerous illegal immigrants who threaten the American people. Some of them are so bad that we do not even trust the countries to detain them because we do not want them to return, so we will send them to Guantanamo.

The Guantanamo Gulf is created in 2002 by US President George Bush, Jr., for detention of foreign militants suspected after attacks on the United States on September 11, 2001. There are 15 prisoners left in prison.
