Trump proclaimed on May 8 Victory Day over Nazism and found that the war won the US

US President Donald Trump officially proclaimed on May 8 Victory Day over Nazism in World War II. At the same time, he once again declared his main mission in his post – the mission of the peacekeeper. The White House reports about it.

– I, Donald Trump, President of the United States of America, due to the powers given to me by the Constitution and laws of the United States of America, proclaim on May 8, 2025 the day of celebrating the victory over Nazism in World War II, – it reads Proclamations published on the White House website.

Trump noted that “on this day of victory over Nazism in the Second World War, we celebrate the unsurpassed power, power and power of the American armed forces and undertake to defend our sacred right to freedom from all threats, both external and internal.”

– Millions are senselessly lost souls are a reminder of why we should seek peace. I remain adamantly committed to stop the years of endless external wars and prevent the further death of people. As I stated during my inaugural speech, we will measure our success not only by the battles we win, but also by the wars that we stop – and my most gorgeous heritage will be the heritage of the peacekeeper, – the US President emphasized.

Trump also mentioned the war in Ukraine, noting that the “time” has been decisively completed. At the same time, he added that Russia played a major role in victory over fascism (probably referring to the USSR), but stressed that without the states it would not happen. And if it were not for the US and the American people, the world would now be completely different.
